Wanted: Real Estate Transaction Manager
Requirements: 1-year real estate experience minimum. Real Estate License Required.
Tenacious, effective, creative, resourceful, problem solver needed for a busy & energetic real estate team to proactively move contracts from inception to closing and provide positive and memorable experiences for all involved.
The job requires a no excuses approach to beating/meeting deadlines, anticipating clients’ needs before they are had, and ultimately progressing all parties along to a successful sale. Experience with real estate vocabulary and processes required. No selling or negotiating involved, but you must be persuasive and enjoy helping and interacting with our clients.
Your responsibilities will include communicating with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, home inspectors, home warranty companies, contractors, and real estate agents. You will be required to follow established processes, improve and implement systems as needed, work in conjunction with and provide daily status updates to our agents. You will be requesting information, delivering documents, obtaining signatures and information from clients via phone, in-person, email, snail mail, fax, Pony Express, Bat Signal – whatever it takes to insure deadlines are met.
You must be able to use Google Apps, Dropbox, DocuSign, attach documents to emails, and have other basic computer skills. You must have your own reliable computer, tablet, mobile phone.
Hours are flexible and include weekends.
Compensation is a flat fee from each closed transaction. 35K-50K potential.
