Creative, organized and tech savvy Success Manager needed for busy and energetic real estate team to help grow our business and improve our clients’ experience before, during and after the transaction.
Must be an organized, efficient and detail oriented multi-tasker, have excellent verbal communication and creative writing skills, be tech and social media savvy, plus be able to work as part of a team and willing to pitch in where needed. Experience or license in real estate a plus. No selling involved, but must enjoy helping and interacting with our clients.
Your responsibilities will include managing clients, their files, inventory and databases to create raving fans. Also input listings, prepare for client appointments; service lead generation systems; coordinate, develop and implement marketing campaigns and marketing calendar; tracking marketing data; prepare presentations; help write email campaigns and other marketing materials; enhance our social media presence; assist in blog posting; maintain and update our web presence; test and implement new ideas and strategies and generally run office in efficient and productive manner.
We want someone who will support our mission, help enhance our professional image, improve our clients’ overall experience, as well as make my life easier. If you know a short cut, a neat trick, a faster way to do things, a nicer way to display something, a more creative document to use with clients, we encourage you to share your ideas. We are not an expert in all areas. We are trying to GROW and learn and improve all processes.
Require 20-30 hrs/wk and more if you can work full-time, in our Westerville office Mon-Fri. Occasional weekend days.
Salary: Hourly based on experience + bonus per transaction and incentives possible after trial period and as business grows as a result of your assistance and increased referrals from happy clients!
