    Real Estate Assistant Wanted

    Columbus based successful Real Estate Team looking for an assistant. Must have excellent computer and people skills as well as being extremely organized person. 25-30 hrs per week Mon-Fri.     Requirements

    -High School Diploma
    -Ability to type 70 words a minute
    -Excellent Phone skills
    -Outgoing and friendly
    -Basic knowledge of computers and ability to learn systems and database management
    -Basic to Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft/Macintosh/Google Docs software and real estate associated programs or an advanced ability to learn such items
    – Able to work a minimum of 25-30 hours/week MON-FRI and occasionally weekends.
    – Must maintain a reliable, professional vehicle and means of transportation at all times

    – Must be able to follow directions, systems and procedures
    – Must be able to communicate with management and co-workers in an effective manner

    Tasks (Example of types of tasks and similar activities but not limited to):

    – Handle paperwork including contracts, addendums, disclosures, and worksheets
    – Constant communication with all parties involved in transaction
    – Coordinate steps of transaction from contract to closing
    – Website management and updates
    – Help design and print marketing campaigns
    – Creating and editing video
    – Managing social media content and accounts
    – Developing strategies for improving lead conversion
    – Input leads into database and tracking system
    – Follow up on leads daily to either trash or contract
    – Daily communication with active clients
    – Check property statuses and set up property searches
